Achev is seeking an IT Business Analyst Level 1 to gather and validate business and functional requirements. In this role, you will assess and document business needs while ensuring alignment between stakeholders and deliverables. You will also engage in process improvement and project support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and functional requirements

• Analyze current processes for efficiency improvements

• Support definition of business requirements and use cases

• Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making

• Participate in planning sessions and stakeholder discussions

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business, IT, Engineering or related

• 1-2 years experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong skills in requirements gathering and process mapping

• Ability to analyze data for reporting and metrics

• Familiarity with tools like Excel and Power BI
