Application Support​/Production Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Application Support / Production Management Lead to oversee the stability, availability, and operational excellence of mission‑critical BFSI applications. The ideal candidate will bring robust leadership capabilities, deep ITIL knowledge, hands‑on incident management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technology, business, and executive stakeholders to ensure high‑quality service delivery and continuous operational improvement.

• 8+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Production Management within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams or managing service delivery functions.
• Strong expertise in ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management.
• Proven experience supporting business‑critical applications in Banking or Capital Markets environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience managing production incidents, driving service restoration, and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Solid understanding of technology risk management, audit controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements within financial services organizations.
