Join EPAM as a Lead Business Analyst focusing on AI to implement an enterprise Agentic AI platform. Enhance user experience by collaborating with teams to streamline agent configurations and training.
In this pivotal role, you will work with Product Team Business Analysts and Owners to ensure effective implementation of User Story Agents. Your expertise will facilitate not just the onboarding, but also the ongoing support for customer teams, crafting documentation and collecting vital feedback for continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with teams to understand product workflows and requirements
• Create and configure User Story Agents on the AI platform
• Support client onboarding and post-adoption activities
• Develop process documentation and user guidance materials
• Coordinate with scrum and platform teams for enhancements
Requirements:
• Strong experience in Business Analysis and Agile practices
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI/Agentic AI platforms
• Proficiency with documentation and communication
• Strong skills in presenting to cross-functional teams
• Willingness to learn the EPAM AI platform
