Position: Applications Development Tech Lead at Citi
Lead enterprise application systems as a Technology Lead Analyst erage your expertise in J2EE, server-side coding, and advanced programming to drive successful implementations.

Citi is seeking an experienced Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to oversee the design and development of new application systems. The successful candidate will apply strong skills in core Java, microservices, and workflow technologies, while working collaboratively with various teams. This influential role involves analyzing complex business processes and providing innovative solutions to enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of enterprise applications and programming activities

• Partner with management to define system enhancements and product integrations

• Resolve high-impact issues through business and system analysis

• Ensure adherence to application design standards and architecture

• Coach mid-level developers and analysts to enhance team skills

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Java, J2EE, and Spring

• Proficiency in Oracle RDBMS and microservices

• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Experience with build tools like Gradle and Maven

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
