We are looking for a proactive Desktop Support Engineer with extensive experience in troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues. You will support a busy enterprise, addressing both hardware and software concerns, while assisting with Microsoft Intune and Active Directory management. Working in a vibrant atmosphere, you’ll tackle a diverse range of technology in a hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform imaging and deployment of desktops and laptops
• Provide support for Windows environments and devices
• Manage hardware and software issues for end users
• Assist with Microsoft Intune device administration
• Troubleshoot and resolve industrial printer challenges
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Desktop Support or IT Support
• Strong Windows operating system skills
• Familiarity with Active Directory administration
• Experience with imaging and deployment processes
• Knowledge of RF scanners and warehouse technology
This role allows you to leverage your technical skills directly with users, enhancing their organizational experience.
