We are seeking an experienced leader to manage Desktop Support and IT Operations teams. In this role, you will drive service excellence and oversee crucial processes like endpoint lifecycle management and technology rollouts. Your leadership will impact employee experiences directly while collaborating with IT leadership on strategic service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor IT support professionals across multiple locations
• Drive ticket resolution and end-user satisfaction initiatives
• Support executives through a high-touch service model
• Oversee device deployments and technology rollouts
• Improve operational metrics and support processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Desktop Support or IT Operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices
• Experience with endpoint management technologies
