Salary range (not limited to):
64,100 - 78,300 (based on a 35‑hour workweek). Annual bonus target is 7.5% of base salary, potentially up to double the target based on personal and company performance. Our pension offers long‑term security and an opportunity for guaranteed income for life via a defined benefit plan.

We are looking for a Container Platforms Advisor to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for the integration and operation of our containerized infrastructure. The team's work ensures the integrity, efficiency, and excellence of our IT systems so people can effortlessly leverage technology to do their work well.

• Design, deploy and manage Google K8s engine (GKE) multi‑cluster environments in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Manage and support our container infrastructure based on Open Shift Container Platform and ROSA.
• Collaborate with architects, platform specialists, and developers in agile teams accelerating cloud adoption and migration.
• Guide best practices for containerization, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop robust pipelines to automate cluster, tools deployments and lifecycle management.
• Work as part of the Operations squad to manage incidents, requests, and changes.
• Monitor performance and availability of the platform.
• Provide 24/7 production support as part of an on‑call support team (rotation).

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in Google K8s engine (GKE): must be.
• Experience in Open Shift Container Platform/ROSA will be an asset.
• Solid understanding of K8s components such as network policies, cluster roles, services, deployments, etc.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools:
  Terraform, Git Ops, Ansible.
• Experience supporting GCP services such as Big Query, Cloud SQL, Cloud DNS, Apigee (valuable).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
• Experience with Agile software development and release engineering (branching, versioning, tagging) using tools such as Git Hub.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Certifications in Kubernetes, Cloud and Terraform are an asset.

For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required due to regular interaction with English‑speaking colleagues across the country.
