SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) Solution Architect

This role is based out of our office in Mississauga, ON and requires a hybrid work model with presence at the office at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture design of SAP CDC solutions across web, mobile, and API channels.
  • Define integration patterns with downstream applications (CRM, ERP, marketing automation, e‑commerce, analytics).
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams on SAP CDC configurations (registration flows, progressive profiling, social login, preference management, consent).
  • Design and implement authentication, authorization, and single sign‑on (SSO) frameworks.
  • Oversee API management, data flows, and middleware integrations.
  • Establish CIAM best practices, reusable templates, and reference architectures.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and solution audits.
  • Define standards for identity lifecycle management, privacy, and data protection.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with SAP, implementation partners, and security teams to drive solution delivery.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP CDC capabilities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 2+ years hands‑on with SAP CDC (Gigya).
  • Solid understanding of CIAM concepts: authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle, preference & consent management.
  • Experience integrating SAP CDC with enterprise systems (Salesforce, Adobe, custom apps).
  • Proficiency in REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JSON, JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of security & privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS).
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP Certified Customer Data Cloud professional.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to other CIAM tools (Okta/Auth0, Ping, Microsoft Entra ) for comparative solutioning.
  • Familiarity with Dev Ops & CI/CD pipelines for CIAM solution delivery.
  • Previous consulting or large‑scale digital transformation experience.
