Clinical Data Lead

Drive impactful clinical data management with GSK as a Clinical Data Lead in Mississauga. This hybrid role focuses on strategic Data Management and building value for patients.
This position reports to the Director of Data Management at GSK, engaging in high-impact activities to improve patient outcomes. You will define and execute Data Management strategies, oversee eCRFs, manage database locks, and document oversight of FSP activities. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and the delivery of quality data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute Data Management strategy effectively

• Manage eCRFs, vendor data, and clinical outcome assessments

• Oversee interim and final database locks with precision

• Archive Data Management documents in the eTMF system

• Act as primary contact for Data Management issues
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or health-related field

• Experience in Clinical Data Management and regulatory standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and validation methodologies

• Knowledge of EDC platforms like Veeva and Rave

• Strong project management and organizational skills
