Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Technical Project Manager to work at one of our premier clients and support the Workforce Experience Portal (WXP).
The WXP Project Manager is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) capabilities tailored to retail environments.
This role bridges business stakeholders, IT teams, and WXP technical delivery to ensure measurable improvements in device experience, store operations, and end-user productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Drive adoption of WXP capabilities across retail store environments (POS, kiosks, back-office systems).
- Align platform features with retail business priorities (uptime, transaction performance, employee experience).
- Ensure continuous delivery of value through analytics-driven insights and remediation workflows.
- Translate retail operational needs into actionable WXP product backlog and use cases.

Skills and Requirements- 3+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or product ownership, preferably within SaaS or enterprise platform environments.
- Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with responsibility for backlog prioritization, roadmap execution, and cross‑functional delivery coordination.
- Proven track record supporting enterprise‑scale platform implementations, including analytics, monitoring, automation, or digital experience solutions.
- Strong understanding of retail IT ecosystems, including POS systems, store devices, endpoint management, and distributed retail operations.
