Overview
Infosys is seeking an Oracle Financials Functional Process Lead with Oracle Financials experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing functional solutions for Oracle Financials. The selected candidate should be expert in ensuring deliverables meet functional requirements and design specifications. Interact with customer process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze various processes. Documenting and preparing the configuration activities.
Candidates will contribute to solutions in different phases of the consulting lifecycle. Candidates will be intensely involved in business process consulting; they will define the problem, propose and create the solution. They will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. The candidate will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to proposal development, client training and internal capability building, and help detail the project scope.

- Provide functional solutions for Oracle Financials and ensure deliverables meet functional requirements and design specifications.
- Interact with customer process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze processes.
- Document configuration activities and contribute to solutions across phases of the consulting lifecycle.
- Lead business process consulting efforts, define problems, propose and create solutions.
- Participate in development, configuration, deployment, and guiding project processes and deliverables.
- Contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building; help detail project scope.
- Support pre-sales activities and other organizational initiatives as applicable.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area; travel to Toronto may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

- At least 12 years of IT experience with a minimum of 8+ years of exclusive experience in Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Oracle Financials cloud experience with domain and functional knowledge of the following modules:
Fusion Finance – General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable. - Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud plus at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, FA, AR).
- Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM), Agile, and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT).
- Ability to identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions for them; strong communication skills and ability to adapt to business interactions.
- Experience in documenting functional specification documents, solution design, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud data conversion/migrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and reporting with third-party applications.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud strategy for Data Conversion/Migrations, interfaces, and reports with third-party applications.
- Ability to configure Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.
- Experience in executing implementation strategy, gathering requirements, and delivering functional specification documents, including prototyping, testing, training, and implementation.
- Identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions; excellent communication and business interaction skills.
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the location below will be: $102,474 to $147,835
