This position is based in Mississauga, Ontario, and may involve travel.
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Techno Functional Consultant to implement and support Absence modules for public sector clients.
Candidates must have a robust foundation in SDLC, testing procedures, and stakeholder communication.
You’ll lead critical discussions on integrations, data migrations, and training preparations, requiring strong problem‑solving abilities and customer orientation.
Responsibilities   Implement Absence module for Canadian public sector clients
Conduct support for User Acceptance Testing and data migrations
Lead discussions with client teams regarding integrations
Use HCM tools for complex data handling and reporting
Prepare clear status reports highlighting risks
Requirements   Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 4 years in IT
Over 10 years implementing Oracle Fusion HCM
Proficient in SDLC processes and customer engagement
Available for relocation to Mississauga if necessary
Utilize your expertise and communication skills in this pivotal role, enhancing solutions for public sector clients.
