SaaS Implementation Manager

Position: SaaS Implementation Manager at Coconut Software )
Drive customer success as an Implementation Manager at Coconut Software. This role focuses on managing SaaS implementations while building solid relationships and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. You will leverage your expertise in SaaS project management to lead multiple concurrent implementations for new and existing customers.
Your ability to balance structure with flexibility will be vital in navigating fast-paced implementation environments. You'll also partner with internal teams to ensure customer outcomes align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities   Lead onboarding and implementation of software solutions
Develop comprehensive project timelines and communication plans
Facilitate goal-setting sessions with stakeholders
Act as the main point of contact for customers
Monitor and mitigate project risks and issues
Requirements   3-5 years’ experience in SaaS implementations
