Key Responsibilities Lead an agile delivery squad, coaching developers
Design Salesforce platform solutions of medium to high complexity
Perform unit and user acceptance testing to resolve defects
Collaborate with architects and product managers for integrations
Develop CI/CD tools and ensure optimal collaboration
Requirements Minimum 7 years in Salesforce CRM or Financial Services Cloud
University Degree in Computer Science or related field
Salesforce certifications in Platform App Builder or Developer
Experience with Agile tools like Confluence and JIRA
Knowledge of Dev Ops processes for Salesforce solutions
