Key Responsibilities   Investigate and remediate cyber incidents 24/7
Escalate complex issues for resolution
Conduct root‑cause analysis on support tickets
Report service performance anomalies to leadership
Develop improvement processes and mentor junior staff
Requirements   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3‑year diploma
Minimum 1 year of security experience required
At least two intermediate‑level security certifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is an advantage
Excellent communication and independent work skills
