Position: Oracle HCM Developer with Analytics Focus
Drive innovation with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence as an Oracle HCM Developer. Your expertise in analytics and reporting will be essential for enhancing HR decision-making.

In this role, you'll collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design and develop critical analytics, dashboards, and key performance indicators for HCM modules. You will dive deep into functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and utilize your hands-on experience in FDI to customize and visualize data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design analytics, dashboards, and KPIs using Oracle FDI

• Collaborate with HR to understand reporting needs

• Develop customized metrics and data visualizations

• Validate data and optimize report performance

• Integrate HCM data sources for accuracy

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules

• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
