NetSuite Business Systems Manager

Lead Net Suite operations at Peak Performance Products in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time role requires expertise in ERP, distribution, and operational excellence.

As a Net Suite Business Systems Manager, you will be a hands-on leader driving system optimization and supporting warehouse and finance workflows. Your responsibilities include managing the IT department, owning Net Suite ERP administration, and enhancing process efficiency for distribution operations. You'll interact closely with users to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements, ensuring streamlined business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the IT department and external contractors

• Own Net Suite ERP administration, optimization, and troubleshooting

• Partner with warehouse teams to enhance fulfillment and accuracy

• Oversee EDI and CRM integrations to streamline operations

• Maintain cybersecurity protocols and monitor security dashboards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on Net Suite ERP experience

• Strong understanding of distribution and inventory workflows

• Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues

• Experience managing an IT team or department

• Familiarity with enterprise security platforms like Darktrace Elevate systems management and distribution efficiency as the Net Suite Business Systems Manager at Peak Performance Products.
