Elevate user experience with McKesson as a Microsoft Copilot Support Analyst. Focus on L1/L2 support, system monitoring, and training for effective Microsoft 365 Copilot usage. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations related to Microsoft Copilot products while providing robust user support.
This includes troubleshooting issues, monitoring system performance, and coordinating with teams to ensure seamless integration. Your contributions will shape the user experience and the deployment of creative features in the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide L1/L2 support for Copilot-related issues
- Manage support channels and ticket queues efficiently
- Monitor service health and respond to incidents
- Conduct user training and demos effectively
- Develop support documentation for user needs
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- 5 to 7 years in IT operations and support
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven skills in end-user troubleshooting
