Drive operational success as a Microsoft Copilot Operations Analyst at McKesson.
Your role will focus on user support and feature enablement for Microsoft 365 Copilot tools. As the Operational Analyst, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless functionality and high-quality user experiences of Copilot solutions. This includes support for daily operations, troubleshooting, and facilitating training for users across departments. Your work will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AI‑powered tools enterprise‑wide.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive L1/L2 Copilot support
- Develop knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides
- Deliver engaging training sessions and demos
- Monitor and report on platform usage metrics
- Collaborate with IT for operational excellence
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields
- 5 to 7 years of IT operations experience
- Solid skills in Microsoft 365 and Copilot systems
- Experience in managing enterprise support operations
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
