Key Responsibilities   Interact with SMEs to analyze and refine business processes
Document configuration activities throughout the project lifecycle
Develop solutions for identified problems within consulting
Lead project teams and support proposal development
Provide training and contribute to capability enhancements
Requirements   11+ years in IT, 8+ years in Financials Cloud
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive experience
Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial module implementations
Must be able to work in Canada without sponsorship
Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities
