Identity & Access Management; IAM Specialist – BFSI - AS

Location: Greater Toronto Area, Ontario

We are seeking an IAM Specialist to manage identity governance, authentication, authorization, privileged access, and access lifecycle management across enterprise financial systems.

Candidates must have recent IAM experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Payments, or Fin Tech organizations.

Experience supporting regulatory audits and financial systems access controls is required.

Candidates without BFSI experience will not be considered.

• Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
• Administer SSO, MFA, federation, and PAM solutions.
• Conduct access reviews and certification campaigns.
• Support identity governance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Risk, Audit, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams.
• Maintain IAM policies and standards.

• 5+ years of IAM experience.
• Experience with SailPoint, Cyber Ark, Okta, Ping Identity, or Entra .
• Knowledge of IAM governance and access certification processes.
• BFSI experience required.

• CISSP
• CIAM
• Cyber Ark Certification
