NetSuite Systems Manager

In this full-time, in-person role, your strategic leadership will ensure effective management of Net Suite ERP, distribution operations, and business integrations. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate seamless operations across finance, sales, and customer service departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT department and manage staff and contractors

• Own Net Suite ERP and WMS operations and troubleshooting

• Oversee integrations with CRM and eCommerce platforms

• Foster operational improvements in fulfillment and inventory

• Manage cybersecurity with leading security tools
Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on Net Suite ERP experience

• Strong understanding of distribution and inventory environments

• Experience with enterprise security platforms

• Proven IT management or leadership experience

• Excellent communication skills bridging technical and non-technical teams
