In this full-time role, you will lead initiatives focused on enhancing procurement processes through automation, performance metrics, and digitalization. Work closely with procurement, IT, and digital teams to develop standardized, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance across North America. This position allows you to blend your project management skills with analytical expertise to achieve impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for process optimization
• Oversee digital initiatives and workflow automation
• Manage cross-functional DSPC projects across the Americas
• Deliver training programs and maintain dashboards
• Promote data transparency for decision-making
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 5+ years in procurement or digital transformation
• Experience leading technology-enabled initiatives
• Comfortable with travel (up to 15%)
• Language skills in Spanish or French Canadian are a plus
