IT Project Manager
Salary and Benefits
The expected base salary range for this position is $80/Hr - $85/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

The Senior Project Manager will support the End User Services (EUS) organization within a major banking environment, responsible for delivering employee-facing technology services such as:
- Personal computing
- Messaging & productivity tools
- Mobile technologies
- Virtual desktop infrastructure
- Print/fax services
- Service desk & onsite support
- Self-service automation
The role focuses on delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of projects that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance employee experience across a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution- Lead planning and execution of moderately complex infrastructure and transformation projects
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment
- Support risk/compliance-driven initiatives and urgent delivery programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT infrastructure, operations, business units)
- Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within agreed expectations
- Maintain project artifacts such as charters, plans, and status reports
- Act as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Conduct weekly meetings and executive-level status updates
- Build strong relationships across IT infrastructure, operations, and vendor teams
- Present project updates to senior leadership with clarity and structure
- Manage escalations, conflicts, and prioritization issues
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes
- Support change management and impact assessment
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance frameworks
- Assist with planning documentation and funding approvals (PARs)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent
- 7+ years of Project Management / Program Coordination experience
- PMP certification OR Scrum certification
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Banking / financial services experience
- End User Services / IT infrastructure exposure
- Risk / compliance project experience
- Scrum Master certification
- AI exposure (basic understanding or experience)

- Vendor management and contract negotiation exposure
- Experienced IT Project Manager in enterprise infrastructure or banking
- Strong in stakeholder management and execution-heavy delivery
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communicator capable of engaging senior leadership
- Hands-on with project tools and governance processes
