Salary and Benefits

The expected base salary range for this position is $80/Hr - $85/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

The Senior Project Manager will support the End User Services (EUS) organization within a major banking environment, responsible for delivering employee-facing technology services such as:

• Personal computing
• Messaging & productivity tools
• Mobile technologies
• Virtual desktop infrastructure
• Print/fax services
• Service desk & onsite support
• Self-service automation

The role focuses on delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of projects that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance employee experience across a large enterprise environment.

• Lead planning and execution of moderately complex infrastructure and transformation projects
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment
• Support risk/compliance-driven initiatives and urgent delivery programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT infrastructure, operations, business units)
• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within agreed expectations
• Maintain project artifacts such as charters, plans, and status reports

• Act as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Conduct weekly meetings and executive-level status updates
• Build strong relationships across IT infrastructure, operations, and vendor teams
• Present project updates to senior leadership with clarity and structure
• Manage escalations, conflicts, and prioritization issues

• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes
• Support change management and impact assessment
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance frameworks
• Assist with planning documentation and funding approvals (PARs)

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent
• 7+ years of Project Management / Program Coordination experience
• PMP certification OR Scrum certification
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong in stakeholder management and execution-heavy delivery
