Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee IT department functions and staff
- Manage daily operations of Net Suite ERP
- Partner with teams to improve fulfillment accuracy
- Create and maintain SOPs for technology
- Supervise external system integrations
- At least 3 years of experience with Net Suite ERP
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash workflows
- Strong troubleshooting skills in distribution
- Background in IT management or leadership
- Familiarity with enterprise security tools
