Become part of the IT support team in Mississauga as a Desktop Support Engineer. This in office position emphasizes direct technical support for end users in a busy enterprise setting. We seek a skilled candidate with hands‑on desktop support experience, specifically with Windows operating systems.
You’ll provide critical support across office and warehouse operations, managing everything from hardware issues to Microsoft Intune administration. This role involves working closely with users and maintaining a high‑level customer service approach.
Responsibilities- Handle laptop and desktop imaging and configuration
- Assist end users with hardware and software problems
- Support industrial printers and related warehouse technologies
- Log incidents using the organization’s ticketing system
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues
- Substantial experience in Desktop Support roles
- Proficiency in Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user management
- Robust problem‑solving and communication skills
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools is preferred
