As a high-impact leader, you will guide IT operations across complex infrastructures, cloud environments, and networks. Partner closely with operational leaders to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead IT operations across infrastructure, cloud, and end-user environments
- Enhance automation and AI capabilities for proactive support
- Build partnerships with Operations leaders to address frontline needs
- Modernize IT operations with standardized workflows and self-service
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance and manage vendor relationships
- 10+ years in IT operations leadership
- Proven experience with Azure and hybrid environments
- Robust skills in IT service management and KPIs
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field
