Position: Hybrid Product Analyst At Symcor
Drive product optimization at Symcor as a Product Analyst in a hybrid work model. Analyze payment product performance to generate insights and guide strategic decisions. In this critical role, you will support product managers by leveraging data to refine strategies and enhance customer experiences. With a focus on analysis and reporting, you will develop dashboards and maintain KPIs to ensure product health.

Collaborate cross-functionally and conduct market research to continuously improve Symcor’s payment products.

Key Responsibilities   Analyze payment product metrics and customer behavior data
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports
Collaborate with teams to support product initiatives
Conduct market analysis for product enhancements
Assist in gathering requirements for data insights
Requirements   University degree or business graduate preferred
3+ years experience in banking, finance, or technology
Proficient in product and financial analytics
Experience in Excel automation and Python a plus
Robust knowledge of Symcor’s product offerings
