You will support enterprise-level projects across the Kons portfolio with significant banking operations experience. The ideal candidate has over 7 years in data analysis and 3-4 years as a business analyst, excelling in process efficiency and operational insights. Your ability to create executive-ready reports and build impactful dashboards using Power BI will be critical to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights

• Drive process efficiency and SLA performance measurement

• Create impactful dashboards and visuals for leadership

• Support requirements gathering and facilitate workshops

• Lead discussions with stakeholders and present findings

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of Data Analyst experience

• 3-4 years of Business Analyst experience

• Familiarity with banking operations, payments, and client services

• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL

• Strong communication and presentation skills
