Position: Infrastructure Lead for Wintel & Linux
Elevate infrastructure performance as an Infrastructure Lead at LTIMindtree in Mississauga, Canada. This role demands expertise in both Windows and Linux environments, focusing on system stability and operational excellence.

As an Infrastructure Lead at LTIMindtree, you will play a key role in evolving an enterprise infrastructure that spans hybrid clouds and virtual settings. Responsibilities include managing VMware platforms, ensuring high availability, and enhancing automation processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams in security, network, and application areas will be vital for ensuring compliance and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage deployment and operation of Windows and Linux systems

• Administer VMware ESXi and Azure environments

• Oversee backup and disaster recovery solutions

• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize systems

• Develop automation scripts using Power Shell and Python

Requirements:

• Advanced Windows Server experience (2019/2022/2025)

• Basic to intermediate Linux skills (RHEL preferred)

• Familiarity with VMware and Azure Stack HCI

• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including VLANs

• Experience with ITIL framework and ITSM tools
