Qualifications
- Experience in leading the design of complex digital services from concept to production
- Expert knowledge of information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design processes, user experience principles
- Experience in Figma and Axure
- Demonstrated experience developing key design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, mock‑ups, clickable prototypes, presentations and reports
- Experience in conducting research, user research, usability testing
- Experience in designing online services to be accessible by default; proficient with design and prototyping software, digital collaboration and web conferencing tools; demonstrates effective use of AI tools to support UI/UX design activities, including generating wireframes and analyzing user behavior
