Solution Recommendations & Technology Strategy

Product Management & Value Prioritization
Take a product-oriented approach to enablement, defining a clear vision and roadmap for solutions, automations, and workflow improvements.
Prioritize initiatives based on business value, effort, and impact, balancing quick wins against longer‑term capabilities.
Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders and end users to continuously refine and improve solutions.
Define success metrics, track adoption and outcomes, and iterate to maximize value delivered.
Solutions Automation & Process Efficiency
Identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive, and high‑friction tasks across business and process workflows.
Design and implement automated solutions that orchestrate processes end to end, reduce effort, and improve consistency and quality.
Leverage AI, integration, and workflow automation tools to streamline operations and add measurable value.
Map and optimize process workflows, removing bottlenecks and embedding efficiency into how teams operate.

Rapidly develop prototypes, proofs‑of‑concept, and lightweight automations to validate ideas and accelerate decision‑making.
Apply AI tools and AI‑assisted development across the workflow – research, analysis, documentation, prototyping, and automation – to improve speed and quality.
Introduce improved tooling, workflows, and reusable patterns that raise the team’s overall capability.
Project Orchestration & Delivery
Orchestrate solution delivery end to end across business, engineering, data, and vendor teams.
Manage dependencies, drive alignment, and maintain momentum from concept to delivered outcome.
Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Qualifications
Education
Post‑secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
