Master Data Management Analyst

Become a vital part of the team as a Master Data Management Analyst at our Mississauga office, focusing on vendor and customer data within Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role ensures data integrity and compliance while coordinating with multiple departments.

In this fully onsite role, you'll manage vendor and customer master data, supporting onboarding, and maintaining regulatory compliance. With at least three years of experience in Master Data Management or related fields, you will enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation through effective data governance and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain vendor/customer records in Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Process vendor requests and manage customer data updates

• Coordinate vendor onboarding with multiple departments

• Maintain documentation and monitor compliance records

• Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure data accuracy

Requirements:

• College degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred

• 3+ years in Master Data Management or Vendor Management

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities
