Express Scripts Canada is seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional IT support. In this role, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and ITIL knowledge to resolve application issues, manage incident queues, and ensure timely resolutions. Strong collaboration with internal teams will be crucial to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality IT support based on ITIL practices
• Monitor and resolve application issues for internal users
• Troubleshoot daily system problems and technical requests
• Collaborate with teams to address system-related concerns
• Maintain updated support documentation and user access forms
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Experience in a technology or service desk role
• ITIL 4 certification is a strong asset
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Shell, and Linux beneficial
• Bilingualism in French and English is a plus
