In this critical position, you will play a key role in addressing IT support requests, managing priorities, and ensuring efficient incident resolution. You’ll collaborate with various departments and maintain critical documentation while providing excellent customer service and communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality IT support aligned with ITIL standards
• Log, triage, and resolve internal service requests
• Manage incident queues and communicate progress
• Offer remote support and assist in on-call rotation
• Build strong relationships with internal customers
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Experience in a service desk role
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support practices
• ITIL 4 certification is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
