UX​/UI Design System Specialist

Join a leading global banking client in Mississauga, ON, as a full-time UX/UI Design System Specialist. Drive design consistency and accessibility across enterprise applications using your expertise.

As a specialist, you'll create and maintain design systems and component libraries critical to the enterprise's UI standards. Collaborate closely with Angular and React teams to ensure design consistency throughout multiple platforms.

Your role will significantly impact UI scalability and adherence to accessibility guidelines, particularly WCAG best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and scale enterprise Design Systems and Component Libraries

• Define and document UI standards including color and typography

• Build design assets using Figma and leverage Auto Layout

• Partner with development teams for consistency and best practices

• Champion inclusive design and accessibility principles

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Enterprise Design Systems

• Expert-level skills with Figma and Auto Layout

• Knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG

• Experience with large Enterprise Product Organizations

• Hands-on ownership of Design Systems and Operations
