Data Acquisition Specialist at Cotality

Become a key player in the Enterprise Data Operations Team at Cotality as a Data Acquisition Specialist. Your primary focus will be acquiring quality data from various sources nationwide to support Cotality products effectively.

In this role, you will communicate with counties, jurisdictions, and data aggregators to procure and ensure the accuracy of collected data. This involves resolving data-related issues and maintaining documentation regarding the data lifecycle. You will conduct evaluations to determine data needs and manage requests, directly impacting the efficiency of the organization's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with counties and data aggregators for data procurement

• Evaluate data availability to support product needs

• Resolve data-related issues and inquiries

• Document metadata and status of data receipt

• Prepare cost/benefit analysis for data purchases when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or customer service

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Familiarity with GIS or database concepts preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM tools

• Strong communication and organizational skills
