In this pivotal leadership role, the Head of IT will craft and execute a technology strategy that aligns with Kyverna's growth objectives. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage enterprise applications and cybersecurity, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness. You’ll also lead a dynamic IT organization while collaborating with various departments to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a multi-year technology roadmap for commercialization

• Direct the deployment of commercial systems and tools

• Own enterprise application integration and governance

• Lead initiatives in cybersecurity and risk management

• Manage service delivery and operational standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or similar

• 15+ years in progressive IT leadership roles

• Experience launching commercial products in biotech

• Strong knowledge of enterprise application ecosystems

• Proven track record in vendor management and compliance
