Onsite MDM Analyst

Take on the role of a Master Data Management Analyst at our fully onsite location in Mississauga, focusing on the governance of vendor and customer master data within Microsoft Dynamics 365. This position supports multiple internal teams to ensure data accuracy.

As the primary steward of master data, your responsibilities will include managing vendor and customer records, ensuring compliance, and maintaining critical documentation. This role requires at least three years of related experience and a proactive approach to data management and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update vendor and customer records

• Coordinate new vendor onboarding across departments

• Maintain organized systems for documents and contracts

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Perform regular data accuracy reviews

Requirements:

• College diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or similar

• 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
