Enterprise UX Researcher for AI Solutions

You will lead both qualitative and quantitative research efforts to improve customer interactions and shape product development. Engage closely with implementation teams to address real-world challenges while maintaining ongoing user conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct formative research including jobs-to-be-done analysis

• Lead concept testing and usability evaluations

• Collaborate with technical experts to translate insights into UX improvements

• Create and maintain insight repositories and self-service tools

• Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements:
