We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 7+ years in enterprise-scale IT initiatives. You will guide the AI Ops Automation workstream, managing Agile delivery activities, ensuring project alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and streamlining service delivery using Service Now capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI Ops Automation workstream
• Coordinate Agile activities like sprint planning and backlog management
• Partner with product owners and technical teams for successful execution
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and dependency reviews
• Provide executive-ready reporting and manage project risks
Requirements:
• 7+ years of project management experience
• Proven leadership in Service Now implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills for senior leadership updates
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Planview
Drive meaningful change in enterprise IT through intelligent automation as Project Manager in Mississauga.
