Manager of HR Tech & Service Delivery

As Manager of HR Technology and Service Delivery at Dexterra Group, you'll spearhead the Dayforce platform's implementation and ongoing optimization. Transform HR service delivery through effective management and innovation.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that Dayforce meets the operational needs of HR while providing a seamless experience for employees. You will work closely with various teams to lead implementation activities, manage governance and compliance, and improve service processes. Your expertise in HR technology and deep understanding of operations will foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Dayforce HR modules implementation

• Ensure data integrity and compliance across systems

• Oversee security roles and workflows

• Develop and execute enhancement roadmaps

• Coach and mentor HR service delivery teams

Requirements:

• 7+ years in HR systems or service delivery

• Deep knowledge of Dayforce and HCM processes

• Proven ability to lead teams through change

• Strong analytical skills for data-driven insights

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or IT
