In the Senior Specialist role, you will act as the Technical Lead for supply chain planning applications, specifically Rapid Response. Your responsibilities will include gathering business needs, defining system requirements, and ensuring compliance throughout the application lifecycle. You will lead testing efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own supply chain planning applications ensuring compliance

• Analyze business needs and document technical specifications

• Lead comprehensive system testing and validation processes

• Manage application upgrades and defect resolutions

• Coordinate with IT, business owners, and external vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 2+ years of experience with Rapid Response

• Knowledge of SQL and data integration methods

• Understanding of validation processes in regulated environments

• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services
