Your role will involve close collaboration with Engineering Directors, balancing technical quality with roadmap commitments to ensure predictability and readiness for enterprise-level software releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive roadmap milestone tracking and reporting for initiatives

• Lead recovery planning for at-risk programs

• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies

• Ensure alignment of scope and engineering capacity

• Facilitate high-stakes release readiness reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management or similar role

• Proven experience with complex software releases

• Advanced proficiency in Jira and reporting systems

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
