In this high-autonomy role, you will be responsible for providing first-line IT support and managing critical systems that are essential for our R&D team. The position includes duties such as network operation, AV technology management, and identity administration. Your partnership with Security Engineering will ensure streamlined security measures are effectively deployed in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline IT support for site-wide technology

• Manage identity solutions and endpoint device policies

• Operate networks, including structured cabling and Wi-Fi

• Administer AV systems in conference rooms and meeting areas

• Maintain documentation and oversee IT asset management processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of corporate IT experience

• Knowledgeable in endpoint management and user lifecycle processes

• Solid grasp of networking and troubleshooting techniques

• Strong background in macOS environments

• Excellent customer service instincts in tech support
