In your role, you'll act as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts, supporting complex financial workflows within Microsoft F&O. Working closely with Customers, Account Management, and Technical teams, you’ll ensure optimally tailored integrations and configurations. Your technical acumen will be critical in driving customer engagement and successful system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical consulting for Microsoft F&O implementations

• Guide customers through high-value integrations and configurations

• Collaborate with various teams to assess requirements

• Participate in onboarding technical workflows

• Advise on best practices for Dynamics F&O customization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or finance

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles

• Over 3 years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics F&O

• Deep knowledge of accounting processes

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
