Senior Technical Specialist at Enhance Ontario

Elevate your career as a Senior Technical Specialist with ENHANCE Ontario, focusing on Epic application maintenance and user support. This full-time role involves troubleshooting, system upgrades, and operational committee support.

In this permanent position, you will independently evaluate issues and support various applications while collaborating with Principal Trainers. Your expertise will directly impact the delivery of high-quality patient care across member hospitals by optimizing workflows within the Epic Clinical Information System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate systems and troubleshoot complex issues independently

• Lead testing of application updates and enhancements

• Support operational committees with design and optimization

• Collaborate with trainers to maintain training content

• Review projects and issues with leadership regularly

Requirements:

• Previous Epic build or operations experience required

• Medical Laboratory Technologist experience preferred

• Epic certification in Beaker, Clin Doc, or Orders preferred

• Strong knowledge of Sectra or lab processes is an asset
