Co-op Analyst

Position: Bird Construction Co-op Analyst Role

We are seeking a motivated student in Computer Science or Software Engineering for an 8-month internship. In this co-op role, you’ll handle troubleshooting for various devices, maintain documentation for knowledge management, and support the team effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair end-user devices quickly

• Manage service requests with established guidelines

• Document best practices for operational efficiency

• Provide team support and escalate issues as needed

• Track hardware and software inventory accurately

Requirements:

• Enrollment in a relevant program

• At least 3.0 GPA

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to adapt and work in a changing environment

• Valid work permit or residency for Bird
