Position: IT Vendor Governance Senior Analyst Role
Join as a Senior Analyst in IT Vendor Governance in Mississauga, Ontario. Oversee performance, risk management, and lead vendor governance initiatives across technology partners.

This role centers on independently managing complex vendor relationships and driving commercial outcomes in a large enterprise technology environment. You will collaborate with various departments while mentoring junior colleagues. Your responsibilities include assessing vendor contracts and processes to strengthen stakeholder value while ensuring quality performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor governance, QBRs, and issue resolution

• Review and enhance commercial terms and vendor performance

• Utilize KPIs, SLAs, and scorecards for monitoring vendors

• Forecast demand, handle financial analysis and invoices

• Identify and mitigate risks in vendor agreements

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in vendor management

• Strong knowledge of IT contracts and frameworks

• Familiarity with procurement platforms like Workday and Ariba

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills

• Relevant degree or significant work experience
