Position: Application Development Senior Role at Citi
Citi is hiring a Senior Oracle EBS Developer to handle application system improvements in a full-time role. Utilize your experience in Oracle EBS and application development to enhance business solutions.

In this position, you will actively engage in establishing and implementing revised application systems. You will oversee all phases of development, offer operational support, and leverage your deep knowledge of EBS to analyze and address complex technology challenges. You will also mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead feasibility studies and IT planning initiatives

• Oversee and control development process phases

• Analyze complex development problems and solutions

• Develop security measures for implemented applications

• Mentoring junior analysts with best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in development

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.9

• Proficient in PL/SQL and BI Publisher

• Project management experience strongly preferred

• Understanding of consulting techniques desired
